18th Annual International
Student Association Banquet
The 18th Annual International Student Association Banquet
included food, displays, entertainment and a fashion show. The
banquet logo was designed by Danyang "Cathy" Chen.
Maki Takahashi from Japan produced a beautifully
tray of carved food to display at the banquet.
Beth Blanchard (left) served drinks to guests.
Lemon Chicken (right) was one of the favorites of the
dinner. Amanda Steinhauer awaits a generous portion.
Maki Takahashi (left) serves some Coconut Tarts
from Trinidad and Tobago. They are also served from a second serving
line required to serve more than 400 guests.
Lots of smiles were given for the wide variety of food
available at the banquet. Following is as listing of the foods
