18th Annual International Student Association Banquet

The 18th Annual International Student Association Banquet included food, displays, entertainment and a fashion show. The banquet logo was designed by Danyang "Cathy" Chen.

Maki Takahashi from Japan produced a beautifully tray of carved food to display at the banquet.

Lemon Chicken (right) was one of the favorites of the dinner. Amanda Steinhauer awaits a generous portion.

Maki Takahashi (left) serves some Coconut Tarts from Trinidad and Tobago. They are also served from a second serving line required to serve more than 400 guests.
